Desire and imagination can join spirituality to produce prosperity in your life.

It is a misconception to believe that they are mutually exclusive.

There is powerful energy in prosperity and happiness. They work together.

I believe that spiritual depth, contentment, and worldly success are beautifully compatible.

To our misfortune, these paths have traditionally been kept divergent, however, there is a natural bridge connecting them if you will accept it.

There is no force outside of ourselves preventing us from leading lives of prosperity, health and spiritual peace.

In life’s purest sense, abundance includes happiness and contentment. That’s how it is supposed to be.

I came across an article by David Ferruolo, who says that increasingly the consciousness of people is changing. His observation is there is more emphasis these days on finding a better way to live than the single-minded pursuit of success as measured by wealth and status.

Humanity is seeking greater fulfillment, and the pursuit of material gain is no longer what completely satisfies our needs.

This quality is clearly reflected in the millennial generation, those freshly minted college grads who identify with and express more interest in positive social impact and purposeful careers than a traditional charge up the corporate ladder.

There will be lots of studies on this, and certainly, the impact of the global economic meltdown in the previous decade and continuing instability has its role in this changed mindset.

Perhaps for all its traumatic effect, a silver lining of the economic uncertainty is that it has produced greater awareness that spirituality and prosperity essentially are hand in glove.

Many top companies today espouse corporate core values further aligned with a greater sense of employee satisfaction and positive social impact in the workplace.

The series of disruptive and unpredictable economic events which have affected our lives are a wake-up call to recognize that contentment, happiness, and peace are not attained solely through external sources. They are stimulated from within.

As Mr. Ferruolo points out, you can absolutely have spiritual depth, contentedness, and material success as well. It is not wrong to attract this state of being into our lives, on the contrary, there is a broad movement is in this direction.

Cultivating a consciousness of abundance and prosperity is perfectly attuned with happiness if you let it be.

The broader idea is to endeavor to live according to a purpose in life. What could be wrong with that as long as your intentions are in the right place?

There are long-accepted definitions and measures of success. Many people pursue their idea of success within the context of doing what is expected of them by others by attending certain schools or entering a particular profession to collect the conventional trappings of success.

In many cases, it comes at the sacrifice of a deeper yearning to simply be happy, or a different idea of what success means, in order to satisfy important people in our lives.

This too is changing in a big way as people begin to look inward for the potential that resides there, seeing a connection between their skills, inspirations, experience, and motivation to redefine success.

The fact that more and more people, especially women, are adapting to changing circumstances by going into small businesses for themselves is proof positive.

Women are emerging as much more than primary consumers in the business equation. They are motivated to innovate, and well equipped to succeed as entrepreneurs.

All with clarity purpose, which is the essential component of success because it unleashes the tremendous power of belief and possibility.

That potent combination of thought and desire is how I got into the Princess Tea Party business 17 years ago. It was clear to me that I wanted to prioritize my family over a job, and that I enjoyed being around young children.

I was able to create an ideal part-time business as a mother and contribute to the community I served by offering a princess party to worthy causes such as Make a Wish and other charities along the way.

Maybe I was unknowingly ahead of the curve. I wanted happiness, flexibility, and time to be with my family, but also to achieve financial success.

My business is the bridge connecting desire with happiness in an uncomplicated way.

Are you listening to that beautiful voice within?.

The Princess Tea Party business is fun, flexible, and lucrative. Now, with nearly 20 years of experience, I am helping other women achieve the same joy and satisfaction I have experienced by offering my “Business in a Box.” It is the exact road map I followed to start and operate a successful business made easy for those interested in the business for themselves. No prior business experience is necessary, and no franchise fees. Learn More Here
